Vinyl plank / LVP
Waterproof vinyl plank, laid over a floor that's prepped right
Vinyl plank — often called LVP — is the most popular floor we install right now, and for good reason. It's waterproof, it handles our humidity, and it gives you a wood look without the worry of real wood on a slab.

We install click-lock floating planks and glue-down vinyl throughout the house, including kitchens and bathrooms. Vinyl needs a smooth subfloor underneath, so the prep matters before the first plank goes down.

Questions about vinyl plank
Is vinyl plank really waterproof?
The plank itself is. Standing water can still reach the subfloor at the edges over time, so we seal where it matters — but for spills, pets, and humidity it's a great choice.
Can it go over my existing tile?
Often yes, if the tile is flat and sound. Wide grout lines may need filling first so they don't telegraph through. We'll check.
Floating or glue-down?
Floating click-lock is faster and works in most rooms. Glue-down is better for very large areas or heavy rolling loads. We'll recommend based on your space.
How quiet is it?
A good underlayment helps a lot, especially in condos. We can add the underlayment your HOA requires.
