Carpet

Carpet that stays tight, with stairs done right

Carpet still makes sense in bedrooms, closets, stairs, and bonus rooms — it's warm underfoot and quiet, which matters in two-story homes and condos.

Carpet runner installed on a staircase

Carpet still makes sense in bedrooms, closets, stairs, and bonus rooms — it's warm underfoot and quiet, which matters in two-story homes and condos.

We install carpet and pad with proper stretching and tack strips so it doesn't ripple or pull loose at the seams. We take up the old carpet and haul it away as part of the job.

What's included

  • Old carpet and pad removal
  • New pad
  • Power-stretched install — no ripples
  • Seam work
  • Stairs, landings, and closets
  • Transitions to hard floors
  • Haul-away

How a job goes

  1. We come out, take measurements, and look at the space
  2. You choose your material — pick the exact one you want, or send us reference photos and we'll find that or something close
  3. We send you a written quote
  4. Once you're good with it, we schedule the work and get it installed
  5. We clean up and walk the finished job with you

We'll help you match carpet weight and pad to the room — something tougher for stairs and traffic, something softer for bedrooms.

Questions about carpet

Do you power-stretch the carpet?

Yes. Power-stretching is what keeps carpet flat and tight so it doesn't ripple later. Cheap installs skip this step; we don't.

Can you carpet stairs?

Yes, including landings and turns. Stairs take more labor and material, and we'll spell that out in the estimate.

What happens to the old carpet?

We pull it up and haul it away. You don't have to deal with it.

How soon can we walk on it?

Right away — carpet is one of the faster floors to install.
